Swilly Group is Ireland’s leading provider of driver training, consulting and general training services. Established in 1975 as a driving school in Letterkenny, Co. Donegal,  the group has expanded across Ireland and Northern Ireland and now offers driver training and consulting services for learner drivers, truck and bus drivers, fleet operators and driving instructors. The Swilly Group also offers general training and consulting services to small and medium sized businesses, local authorities and large corporate businesses.All Swilly Group instructors and consultants are trained to the highest level and have years of industrial and commercial experience.  The company agreed quality assurance procedures with FETAC in 2006 and has been approved by the RSA, HSA, CILT and FAS.

Brian Sweeney is the Managing Director of the Swilly Group.  Brian has been delivering driver training since 1991.  He holds an MSc in Environmental , Health and Safety Management, a Masters in Engineering and a RoSPA Diploma in Advanced Driver Training.  Brian is also a qualified DGSA and delivers Driver CPC and Transport Managers CPC Training.

Noel Sweeney founded the Swilly Group in 1975.  He is an RSA ADI for cars, buses and lorries and provides beginner, pre-test and advanced driving lessons.  Noel has a RoSPA Diploma in Advanced Driver Training and has been delivering driving instructor training for the Swilly Group for many years.

Stephen Sweeney is the Operations Director of the Swilly Group.  Stephen is an RSA ADI for cars, buses and lorries and has been delivering driver training since 1990.  He holds a BSS in Accounting and RoSPA Diploma in Advanced Driver Training. Stephen delivers Driving Instructor training for the Swilly Group. He is a qualified DGSA and delivers Driver CPC and Transport Managers CPC Training.

Karl Sweeney is the Director of Training at the Swilly Group.  Karl holds an MSc in Environmental , Health and Safety Management, a BSc in Computer Science and a RoSPA Diploma in Advanced Driver Training. Karl is also a qualified DGSA and delivers Driver CPC and Transport Managers CPC Training.

Damian Kerin is the Sales and Marketing Manager at the Swilly Group. Damian is an RSA Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) in cars, buses and lorries, has a CPC in Road Haulage and a RoSPA Diploma in Advanced Driver Training.  Damian has also qualified as a DGSA.

Mary Sweeney is the Office and Reception Manager at the Swilly Group. Mary is also an RSA ADI in cars is still involved in providing driving lessons in cars.
