Safety Awareness

The aim of Swilly Group’s Safety Awareness training programme is to introduce employees/persons to workplace health and safety.

The one-day training programme consists of the following modules:

• Promoting a Safety Culture;
• Duties and Responsibilities at Work;
• Accident Reporting and Prevention;
• Working at Heights;
• Excavations and Confined Spaces;
• Working with Electricity Underground and Overhead Services;
• Personal Protective Equipment;
• Use of Hand Held Equipment, Tools and Machinery;
• Safe Use of Vehicles;
• Noise and Vibration;
• Manual Handling;
• Health and Hygiene

All participants who successfully complete the course receive a certificate of attendance.We are a FETAC (Further Education and Training Awards Council) approved training provider and we offer accredited training programmes that enable you to achieve FETAC awards on the National Framework.
